Pros

Globally a great brand perception Very inspirational stories from with the company and within the things we do Encourages original ideas and concepts Very well structured with a lot of support from international teams and HQ

Cons

Very flat structure, so if you are title driven, its probably not the environment for you. This can lead to somewhat limited career progression. Internal environment can be extremely political with big ego's

Pros

It's Red Bull, a company who sells a lifestyle just as much as an energy drink. The people are phenomenal. I had wondered what it would be like to work for the company and out of the blue was contacted by a recruiter. Looking back, I won the lottery. The people you will work with and meet are phenomenal, as coworkers and friends. Very team oriented and always striving to be the best. The side perks of concerts, events, and occasional trips out to HQ aren't too bad either! Pay is more than fair, and the benefits are solid. Also, if you're into going out on the town, you'd be hard pressed to find someone who hates you as soon as you say you work for Red Bull. Also, I haven't been in my role more than 6 months, and my manager is already asking about what I'd like to do next. The company as a whole is huge on career development and keeping people engaged by pushing them to the next level.

Cons

You WILL work a lot, and it WILL be some evenings and the occasional weekend, but often that work is heading out to the local MX track when the national pros are rolling through town, or going to a major music festival for four days. You aren't sitting in some high-walled cubicle wondering how to end it all using nothing but a stapler. You are out having fun and encouraging others to do so as well. I travel quite a bit and it isn't always to the scenic areas of the world, BUT, the travel policies are solid, and being a consumer beverage brand, often trips include a night on the town or a sporting event, and generally solid hotels. If you are not outgoing, hate traveling, want to turn your computer off at 5pm everyday and never work a weekend, this isn't your place.
