      Pros

      Culture is unique at Rizing; people care about each other and support one another and there are many opportunities to succeed and develop your career.

      Cons

      The hours can be long in Consulting but if you love your job and enjoy the people you work with it makes it worthwhile

      Sweatshop for IT services - do not join

      Pros

      None that I can think of. I have however met and had a great colleagues who unfortunately found the horrendous workplace after being hired.

      Cons

      At first they lure you in and make you feel like it's the best place in the world until you start work and it becomes a nightmare. DO NOT JOIN

      Amazing culture and career opportunities!

      Pros

      Rizing is the best company I've ever worked for. The reasons I say this are; - Supportive management and internal stakeholders. - Career growth and training opportunities. - Work environment that supports cross-functional training - Employee benefits. We get to finish at 1 pm every Friday!!

      No obvious cons or negatives. Love this company!
