      They treat you as a person, not a number. All for your development and a healthy work life balance is very important to them. You get recognition for the work you do and the career progression is amazing. The benefits and Flexitime are good too!

      Cons

      With flexitime comes the attitude of you work until the job is done. You'll get compensated for this, but some weeks can be manic
