      Pros

      Amazing market potential as it is still early days for enterprises transitioning to the cloud and SADA is successfully managing its exponential growth while maintaining an extremely positive culture by being transparent and sharing the rewards!

      Cons

      I'm struggling to think of any cons. Being a remote employee is difficult to contribute to the overall corporate strategy, but SADA does everything they can to leverage video conferencing and other media to keep everyone connected.

      Pros

      Honest and good work. They are trying to do a good job.

      Cons

      These guys do not know how to be professional. They treat employees like cogs in a a machine. They act like they are gods gift rather than just another of 1,000 similar companies.

      -Very welcoming culture -Delicious catered lunches + endless amounts of snacks -Close proximity to the gym ( across the street ) -Excellent training & communication -Clear expectations

      -Hard to find cons at such an encouraging and positive work environment!
