I recently hit my 2+ year mark at SADA systems, and am more excited than I have ever been to be apart of this company. We are growing fast, and are continuing to get better daily. Every 3 months I look back and feel like we have evolved so much. Our sales, delivery, and management teams continue to raise the bar and the exact same is to be said about who we consider hiring. More than ever, we are in high demand for talented, capable and motivated employees. Personally, I only want to hire people that are better than me, for this is the only way in which we will achieve the level of scale that we are seeking. People with a true entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to succeed have been and will continue to be the core driver of SADA's success. In general, and even more so when looking at a few strategic players - there's nobody who wants "it" more than we do, we're willing to go farther, learn faster, and do more than anyone else.
