      Pros

      I like the culture and mentality at SADA. They really take care of you when it comes to benefits. Every year they significantly expand what they are offering to the employees, and it's pretty cutting edge. Hard work is rewarded above all else, as it should be. I've seen the best people rise through the ranks in less than a years' time, and all of them deserved it. Being an "A player" never goes unnoticed, and is rewarded accordingly. I've had quite a few jobs before SADA and this is by far my favorite.

      Cons

      If you are performing, there are no negatives. Simple as that.

      Pros

      People - overall focus is on team effort and the various talents within teams makes work even more fun. Openness - The company culture is very open and you have direct access to top level management without any red tape. Lots of opportunity to grow - SADA is growing and the zest for it to do great things is in its core DNA. So there is tons of opportunities to shine

      Cons

      As a company, SADA is still growing and is going through its own growing pains.
