Great benefits, remote work, team was fun, money was good

Cons

Pushed a lot of ideologies that were not conducive to diversity, got laid off suddenly when I thought I was getting a promotion

Thank you for your feedback. Having to see our company go through layoffs was very difficult. Unfortunately, the macro economic downturn has had effects throughout the nation and some tough decisions had to be made. We would like to respond to your comment about diversity. SADA is constantly working towards raising awareness for diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. Over the years we’ve done a lot of work and set a number of initiatives towards this, and now we are writing an official Strategy for DEI at SADA. We are sorry to hear that you did not feel this though, and will ensure that moving forward we make a stronger push towards visibility and awareness regarding this.

Pros

I was able to watch the company harness its growth potential and make improvements to the culture, benefits, and pay structures. Management was professional, constructive, and provided opportunity for my career growth. They provided compensation for training as well as certifications to improve overall knowledge of GCP and Google products. Overall my time at SADA improved many skills in my sales career and I enjoyed my time with the company.

Cons

Work-life balance for sales is a grey area where I was occasionally serving clients in the European markets. Business / sales order of operations can be vastly improved.
