      Pros

      Family atmosphere Culture of caring for each other Everyone is there to help each other out Management has good vision and business intelligence. Have to be smart to work here.

      Cons

      Pressure to succeed, but it's a small company, I wouldn't expect anything different.

      Great coworkers from smart and varied backgrounds.

      Cons

      This company grew too fast without any formal internal structure or plan. Like building a house on rotten foundation. No realistic sense of how long it takes to properly run a project.

      Pros

      Excellent Management and excellent co-workers. They grow their employees here and treat each one not as a commodity but as a peer. It was a pleasure to work for the entire team and each day brought new challenges and new experiences. If you have the drive to succeed, you can do so here.

      I have no cons for this place my experience here was stellar.
