      Pros

      Some of the benefits include 401k matching, health, dental, and vision. Also unlimited PTO, and catered lunches. Also just expanded to the 7th floor.

      Cons

      There are not too many cons.

      Pros

      Team communication is amazing. After only being here for such a short time, I have already had one on one conversations with the CEO and VP. They really care about how you are fitting in and always happy to help. They not only give you the tools to succeed but they also take your input into consideration. Couldn't ask for a better team or management. It was surprising and refreshing to be part of a team that cares so much.

      Cons

      The office space is a little cramped but I believe they are expanding to another floor in the building soon.
