      - Amazing work environment where everyone is committed to helping one another - Managers care for and support their direct reports - Filled with some of the best people to be around on a daily basis. Very few egos. - Advanced collaboration tools make getting work done efficient and pain-free - Ample social/fun activities - Given the autonomy and freedom to try new things

      Great culture! There is room for advancement, hard work is recognized, and you can see your efforts immediately impact the team.

      Cons

      I have no cons. Personally, I would prefer a West LA location but the current location on the Red Line is very convenient for most employees.
