      Coworkers are great, benefits are awesome, and salary is decent compared to other companies

      Cons

      The problem lies with the leadership team. They use employees to amplify and make noise on social media. But those same employees are disposable, and there is not a safe environment to work where you can have a long-term career. Company decisions are not data-driven and are only based on politics or friendships. The "Equality" in the DEI formula is not a reality at SADA

      Pros

      Accessibility and communication from executive team. There is very high level transparency and I appreciate it. Also flexible schedule, and working from home. This is a huge pro.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons. There's always things a company has to work through but I can't list any as cons just to have something here.
