      Catered lunch every day, monthly happy hours, 401K matching, unlimited PTO, quarterly bonuses, fully stocked kitchen, working on the forefront of technology, professional development reimbursement, great company culture/people, lots of fun events!

      Cons

      None so far! I've been here for a year and have no complaints.

      Pros

      - Great people to work with, everyone is really smart and enjoys coming to work each day. - Clear efforts to maintain culture such as monthly happy hours, themed days (such as May the 4th be with you, bbqs, etc,) - Executive visibility. You don't feel a great divide between Leadership and the rest of the employees. They are visible and active. - Perks such as unlimited PTO and catered lunch every day (breakfast on Friday)

      Cons

      - Steady workload; SADA isn't for people who don't want to work!
