      Pros

      One of the Top Google Partners (due to personal executive-relationships). Great Public Marketing Display.

      Cons

      Bias to employees located near their HQ (in office), everyone else is a "secondary citizen". They're known for claiming an open culture and ask everyone to share their expertise and cutting edge solutions, to then replace Sr. Staff with lower paid Jr. personnel that utilize these shared expertise.

      The people are great to work with and everyone tries to help each other when needed. Even though there are some departmental silos, there is not much politics between teams

      Cons

      Some of the internal systems have limitations and you may require do some manual work to polish some of the information you need to present
