SADA has been stepping up their game over the past few years with enhanced benefits, perks, and wellness initiatives. I really enjoy working remotely but still feeling like I'm apart of a very inclusive culture. Stay remote! Also, keep up the great work with the weekly Town Halls. Those are very important for us to stay up to date.

Cons

Not much of a con but Wellness Days are important - increase the number. I used our recent wellness day to spend with my family! It was great.
