Great culture, lots of diversity, lots of growth opportunities, very talented people working here. The company has won many accolades including "best place to work" multiple times. Google Cloud's main partner for enterprise cloud adoption services.

Cons

Fast growing company, some growing pains. However the company is always trying to do the right thing.

Sometimes working from home, we forget about work/life balance and find outselves working more and more.

This is a people first organization. They put a ton of effort and emphasis into the happiness of their employees, and it shows. I have never in my 20+ years as a professional come across a company that values their employees as highly. The work is challenging but achievable, the support is incredible, and the egos are non existent.
