      SADA offers great career opportunities, a never-ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, and work culture. The people that I work with have a high degree of ownership and accountability at an individual level - a deep sense of personal commitment

      Cons

      With all tech jobs, you need to keep up with the latest trends and solutions. Not an environment for those looking to be complacent.

      Pros

      I just celebrated my 1 year anniversary here and have loved and am loving every minute of it! The executive team truly cares about its people and is invested in helping them grow. The benefits are unparalleled and the culture is warm and welcoming.

      Cons

      Standard growing pains for any company that is working on scaling at a fast pace but nothing out of the ordinary.
