Pros

Keep up the benefits and professional development. Unlimited PTO, stocked kitchen, ping pong, foos ball and allk that good stuff.

Cons

We're a split delivery shop for both Microsoft and Google but Google is the clear favorite internally. Also, turnover is a bit high especially with higher level roles.

Pros

Fun place to work. Lot of freebies including free lunch, monthly parties and overall a fun atmosphere. If you are good in what you do, you get promoted quickly as there are no hard & fast rules on any of the processes. It is like a startup, which could be good or bad depending on the work culture that you like. Management is good at exploring and finding new sources of revenue, which helps in the growth of the company. Unlimited vacation time and work from home options.

Cons

Company is being run by a family, so pretty much what they say goes. HR and top management consciously or unconsciously try to promote a cult like atmosphere, where everyone defers to the family. The family makes lot of money at the top and makes a fake show of sharing it with employees. A very high turnaround, either they are fired because they are not billable enough or employees leave because of the stress. No job security.

Pros

Full-time remote company that works with a range of clients around the states.

Cons

Company acts like a start up. So you end up wearing a lot of hats and sometimes unfortunately you work with people with big egos. And at the same time the company treats you like a contractor. You are required to submit detailed hourly reports of billable projects. Lastly the company hires fast when new contracts are signed then fires just as fast when the projects end. This was something I saw multiple times.

This post is misplaced and most likely meant for another company, as our SADA CEO has never changed.
