      Great ambiance, work environment, encouragement for going forward in your career and learning new things

      Cons

      As far as I am considered there are no downsides as of now and I am thoroughly enjoying my time here and growing myself on basis of career.

      Co-workers. Co-workers. CFO. Depending on position, ability to work across Google, Microsoft, Facebook products.

      Cons

      No 401k for a year. Micro management in full effect. Frat boy culture - from the top down. A few in upper management roles who are totally inappropriate without consequence - any solid worker will have zero respect for this/them...and will leave/have left. Lack of process. Lack of sufficient training/on boarding.

      - Amazing company to work for. Everybody is so supportive and works as a team to deliver. - Benefits are great! Unlimited PTO, health benefits, 401k, and gym discounts are just a few.

      Currently, I don't have any cons working at Sada Systems.
