      Great group of coworkers Successful company and partners Wonderful leadership Bonus tied to personal and team goals Professional development opportunities

      Cons

      Growing pains - lots of new partners and new employees but it can be a little hard to keep up with it all Could be a little more competitive with salary but is still really good

      SADA is not a workplace, it's a family! with a unique culture. At SADA, you have many opportunities to grow and challenge yourself, and you receive recognition for a job well done. Colleagues and managers encourage teamwork and doing the right thing for the company and for the customers. I love working at SADA!

      Cons

      The company is growing very rapidly, and sometimes is difficult to keep the pace. Also, I miss having an office and meeting my co-workers in person!
