      As a new hire here are some of my early observations: - great onboarding process - everyone was super welcoming and helpful - lots of great perks and benefits, trainings, well documented - great overall culture and transparent leadership

      Cons

      Since I am fairly new, so far I have not seen any major cons.

      Leadership is amazing. Growth is phenomenal, promotion trajectory skyrockting, financial compensations is above all other companies I've evaluated and much much MUCH more!

      None. This is the best company. If you're thinking about working here don't think any more. This is where great people come to achieve the extraordinary.
