* They basically sell what Google and Microsoft make with small customizations.
* Not much engineering going on, it's a very sales based organization. SALES are EVERYTHING.
* They completely lie about everything they sell.
* They exploit employees; since employees are given free food, the company expects them to work more than what they are paid for on a regular basic.
* Employees are treated unfairly, it's all about their profits. The CEO focuses on 50% gains every year and they are very cut throat about making those margins. They will fire anyone at anytime.
* Again, they really don't care about the employees. The company talks about family values/being family owned and things like that but it's all about brain washing people.
* You don't get benefits until after 3 months of working at the company.
* They try to act like a startup but they totally aren't. They don't really have a unique product that they sell. Your job will always be on the line.
