      There's a bit too much beauracracy from time to time. Reorgs might get you intense.

      Pros

      SAP Labs Bulgaria do invest in employees' education with providing trainings for new and leading technologies. Moreover, the company provides us with opportunities to advance our careers and work on innovative projects. The senior management communicates the company’s strategy and vision so that the team feels engaged and motivated. Excellent compensation and benefits.

      Cons

      Internal processes may take a little time getting used to, and realising this there is an onboarding program on place for the new employees.

      Whether the company is good or not depends very much on the location, division and the manager.

      Pros

      Good benefits. Global presence. Very powerful products. Talented people in lots of places.

      Cons

      Like other giant ships, it starts getting lost. Turning around is slow. Honestly, I've met with and worked with tons of great people in this company. However, it is really location dependent. Senior management at a major city at west coast have no idea what they are doing. They have been struggling falling behind competitors, yet they are not capable of saving the site, the products and the people.
