Pros
I love the beautiful and green SAP campus . There are big cafeterias in every floor (which you would find filled with people and gossip, at any time, sipping away the free coffee). Since the organization is flat, you can approach everyone and talk to them comfortably. Add to that the free food, cab and shuttle services, and very transparent company policies (trust me on this), it’s a great environment to work in.
Cons
Employee engagement is not that high, especially in earlier days with the company. Work may not be extremely challenging.
