Large Company - has it's share of processes which are at times tough to deal with. getting through to people to enable quick decisions is difficult and frustrating.Being a large organization , a lot pf people have it easy by networking and influencing people.
Recruitment in hiring laterals have to improve a lot ! recruiting standards differ from team to team and so quality suffers.
Middle Management needs to really improve. Remember the saying a Bad Manager breeds their own kind and fast !
