      Have to Move out of ERP mindset.Though company is trying very hard in this zone.Lot of ground to cover in Cloud .

      Pros

      1) Good work life balance. 2) Lots of cultural and technical events happening. 3) Free food and good sports/gym facilities. 4) Lot of good HR policies

      Cons

      1) You will become unemployable after some time. 2) There is no learning curve and you will enjoy forever. 3) They hire from tier 3 colleges and you can't expect many ideas from those people. 4) Salary is awfully low as compared to industry standards 5) Also if you are a fresher they will make you sign a bonus contract so that it becomes difficult for you to leave.
