There's alot of pros that one can tell about, but here are some of the most interesting reasons why I chose to work at SAP * Smooth integration into the work space --> friendly, ready to help and diverse team members that you can find almost everywhere at SAP * Interesting projects to work on * A competitive salary and benefits like free lunch and snacks, sport facilities (not everywhere available), different insurance that covers you, a company car after 3 years!!! * The best work-life balance you can find at any place here in Germany. * Great opportunities to develop in your career

One of the best places to work in Bangalore India Excellent work life balance Lots of events in campus for fun, entertainment, celebrate festivals etc.

Cons

promotions are not very streamlined sudden changes to start / stop projects and change direction based on upper management decisions some teams work on outdated or SAP specific technologies
