Great benefits: Company phone (after 6 months) Company car (after 3 years) Sport courts and Gyms Lunch / Tea, Coffee Many Events

Cons

Difficult bureaucracy, from the product development takes ages till reaches the costumer, design and user experience is very low in the company, hopefully is growing.
