      Pros

      Very competitive pay, equality of gender and recognition I can manage my time and be equally considered as other colleagues to be a top performer

      Cons

      As the large company it is, the internal process are mostly frustrating such as get help from IT, interact with HHRR, cell phones requests, etc

      Pros

      Large number of internal jobs to jump between if you wish to learn new things. Good product palette for Large Enterprises with solid installed base and ability to grow by changing technology platform. Good wages and employee benefits.

      Cons

      "One size fits all" approach to business can be frustrating Silos in management and unclear responsibilities and decision authorities Lack of management decisions and "It is not me..." attitude ... very political environment Relatively rigid organisation unable to change way of execution especially in back-office and legal set-ups.
