Competitive salary, very excellent benefits with good health insurance package. Great office culture. Free gym, sauna, table tennis room, massage chair, coffee specialties, indoor bike storage, showers, lockers, plenty of indoor garage space for cars and e-car chargers. Wonderful office location with the Danube. Ok canteens, Transparent promotion opportunities, feeling really appreciated, stress free, enough time for ramp up of new comers.

Cons

Lesser space for creativity in my area (Supply Chain Management), few women.
