Cant say as I worked for very less time.

Cons

Wrong job description: I was offered a developer role and after joining was changed to QA. This happened to many of my friends also. Bad Career Opportunities: The stuff you will working on wont have that much demand if you leave SAP.

"Amazing Work Culture!!" Not good For Freshers

Innovation Centric Great Work Environment Very Less Stress/ Work Pressure Lot of Group Activities/Team building events & Parties Flexible timings and a lot of perks.

Cons

Very Less Compensation in comparision to Competitiors, Freshers are randomly distributed in the Teams upon joining & they have to work in the technologies that might not be suitable for them. Not Recommended For Freshers!!!
