company is getting out on new markets, strong drive from the board in that direction company culture is very strong, extremely diverse environment

Cons

extreme bureaucracy in certain areas, career growth opportunities are limited, as people get in at certian level - they can only progress following annual salary review cycles. promotions are possible, but not a norm and you have to explicitly drive that.
