highly flexible working hours with work from home facility at hand help you work at your own convenience. There are ample of female-oriented policies such as maternity leaves, no work after 8pm, cab-facility at last hours. Free food at office is one of the best facilities here. Minimal interference from management Immediate and frequent recognition/awards for your work. Great work-life balance Each approach to the management for any concerns
