Great Work-Life balance. 5 weeks of vacation after just a few years of employment. Interesting work.

Cons

It depends on the manager, but in my group working from home was not allowed, regardless of the commute.

Many innovative projects are in progress. If you have ideas and desire to change, you are encouraged to grow with the company. SAP offers an excellent package of benefits, including stock options, company car, retirement plan, individual educational budget (might be used to participate in conferences of your choice) and many others. The company encourages to maintain good work-family balance, providing vast possibilities for home office and stress-mitigation programs. The employees are provided with state-of-art equipment, can buy books and have access to plenty of educational initiatives.

Cons

Teams are often distributed across multiple time zones but travel is restricted, often frozen. This leads to many communication challenges.
