Good benefits and good work life balance. After 10 years you get 23 days of vacation.

Cons

The experience is better if you work at an actual development lab like Palo Alto or Waldorf. The typical drawbacks of working for a large company.

Open environment, you can rate your manager and vice versa

Cons

Not transparent on management decision. Upper management fighting for powers and sacrifice workers on the side that lost.
