Pros

SAP Canada has been a great experience - lots of benefits and an active intern community. Many team bonding and site bonding exercises and a very casual atmosphere. Open spaces for communication and its expected everyone takes ownership of their own work.

Cons

The work that needs to be done is usually maintenance and is fuelled by business needs, not innovation. Although SAP has been trying to promote innovation, it's very hard when your entire business is centred around a core product that needs to be maintained.
