SAP Ariba Good facilities provided by SAP Location inside city for SAP Ariba HR is increasingly more involved

Cons

SAP Ariba To aggressive deadline especially in the new microseervice products Some old time managers treat employees like factory workers. They use tactics like divide and rule, track them at very personal level, no professionalism.

Pros

Get to work on latest technologies and programming languages. (Scala, Go, OCaml). Best in grade team with amazing attitude and talent. Very flexible work culture and very good pay (on par with some of the best in the industry). Management is always looking for ways to simplify and eliminate complexities and at the same time, introducing policies and benefits for the people in the company

Cons

Cannot think of any. Been here for 14 years and it has more or less become like a second home to me.
