Appreciation of work by management. Flexibility to learn and explore beyond the current line of business. Nice work-culture that includes respect, non-discrimination, work-life balance.

Cons

There is big difference in the salary grades. The range is not adhered to by management or HR. Many organizational changes makes impact on careers of employees.

The technology skills becomes niche with SAP products development. Though lot of technical stuff but skillset becomes SAP specific as mostly concentrating on SAP products.
