Flexible working time, home office available for more days, good and strong reputation of company, international environment, new brand offices, good benefits

Cons

Shared service center, corporate organization, not competitive salary, high rate of fluctuations, most of the year is hiring freeze so there are missing people in department and people have to work more, not enough appreciation from managers

Great modern office building, challenging job, learning new things every day, home office, flexible working time, young people, dynamic company, multicultural environment, great location-park,lake, restaurants.

Cons

Would be great to have more benefits.
