Pros

They have a great selection process, so everyone that works there is very skilled and fit well with the company's ethos. The managers are also very good, understanding and able to push you to be your best. The Lab's facilities are great, coffee and fruits are provided

Cons

Having worked with ABAP, I think that, although I was able to learn many things about software development, my technical skills in other areas (such as a language and design patterns used outside of SAP) were not improved at all. In the end I feel like it is only worth it to work with ABAP if you intend to do it for the rest of your career.

Really Great Place to work. Management creates all the necessary environment and listens to employees to make conditions better.

Cons

It is difficult to advance to the next position level. You may have to work in the same level for years.
