      SAP great benefits, frustrating if you have employee performance issues.

      Pros

      Great benefits package as well as pay. Good people to work with. Impressive programs designed to identify potential high performers. They are obviously doing something right, as evidenced by their market share in the ERP software industry. SAP Senior Management rallies the troops very well. Offices are quite modern and comfortable. Nice little perks, such as a lunch program for office based employees.

      Cons

      Company is very conservative and business is over-influenced by legal considerations. Employees seem to be hesitant to criticize the lack of potential imporovements to productivity, such as SAP applications that are difficult to interface with standard software.
