Pros

Good benefits Take care of employees Flexibility to work either remote or office (even before Covid) Really smart people. Excellent systems, tools and processes (data at your figure tips for all sorts of analysis).

Cons

Disjointed leadership. Salary could be better. Product strategy is all over the place. Everything is a priority. No patience to try and fail, learn and grow. Thinks it's a cloud company, but has a long way to go.
