No upward movement. No good salary hikes. No transparency. Biased treatment.

Good willingness to change and improve culture. Openness from both execs and management. Genuinely good colleagues with good commitment to deliver for both internal and external stakeholders.

Cons

Numerous acquisitions have created significant disconnect between different parts of the organization. --> doesn't feel like 1 company. "Classic" German process mindset still prevails in many areas. Depending on your work area, there might be a lack of opportunity (especially as a recent graduate).
