Pros

- Great company culture - A lot of amazing people as colleagues, many of whom became my friends - State of the art offices in Metronom building - Nice benefits + modern company gym on site - Good work - life balance

Cons

- Incredibly underpaid employees - Senior management lying through their teeth consistently and long term about the salaries' situation at SAP Services, lying about imaginary salary benchmarking the allegedly conduct and lying about SAP Services s.r.o. salaries being competetive on the market which is absolutely not true. - As a result of salaries policy many and many people are leaving for better money elsewhere even though they like the job, the company and the teams they work in (my case as well).

Thank you for your review. We're happy to read that you enjoyed SAP's company culture, the people, benefits, and working environment. Overall, we're sorry to hear that it did not work out for you when you worked at SAP. Thanks to continuous monitoring, SAP's salaries are, in fact, competitive in the market. SAP takes a tremendous amount of care in maintaining stringent employee pay procedures, and keeps a close eye on our internal processes to ensure high employee trust and satisfaction. We want our employees to enjoy what they do and that also means to be compensated fairly. Our pay-for-performance philosophy gives freedom to managers to decide on the compensation package his/her direct reports earn. Additionally, before changing role or departments at SAP, new compensation packages alongside new responsibilities are discussed between the employee and the new manager to ensure both parties would be satisfied with the new conditions. That being said, we have forwarded your feedback in the right direction. Please note we take Glassdoor reviews seriously and will be sure to talk to internal teams on how we can continuously improve.

Pros

SAP is one of largest software vendors in the world so it's a very financially stable company SAP Labs India provides 50% of customer development for SAP so if you like development that is a good fit As a Global Services and Support organization, Labs India has the largest production team outside Germany providing assembly, validation and test services, and is credited as being the largest testing center within SAP.

Cons

ABAP is written in SAP's proprietary language so focusing on that doesn't help if you want to go to a non-SAP related software company It seems like there are mixed reviews on the culture at SAP Labs India so that is a potential red flag You could deal with some bureaucracy which is normal for any large company
