      Cons

      - A large organization with matrix org structure - not a place where decision making / action is swift - A lot of reorganizations / leadership changes every year (similar to any large MNC)

      I dont see one for those who have positive mindset, if you are one who want a normal and boring life my advice is look for another job. For aspirants this is a great company to work for
