      Culture is very positive and young Package is very good, salary and benefits People are diverse, mix of cultures and backgrounds Purpose - future oriented strategy and products Manager - low hierarchies, "you" culture

      Pros

      The culture makes all the difference. We treat each other - and our customers - with respect, kindness and professionalism. European roots are an advantage in this case. What still surprises me? Some people work here for 20+ years and they remain motivated and vibrant, which is a great combination with the many young employees.

      Cons

      Internal processes require time to understand and navigate. There will always be people to help, but you have to find them first.
