Work-Life Balance, Nice colleagues, and free food.

Cons

Salary development is terrible compared to the average salaries outside of SAP. Executive board is far away from showing empathy when it comes to lay-offs or cutting cost by not increasing salaries. On the other hand, the board is not giving up any of their fat compensation increases.
