At SAP, the work-life balance is excellent, particularly when compared to most native tech companies in China. The development schedule and task assignments are reasonable and well-organized. Colleagues are friendly, and we can establish trust with one another.

Cons

Perhaps the total salary at SAP is relatively lower compared to some top-level native tech companies in China. However, this seems reasonable given that the official and actual work hours at SAP are far less than the 996-pattern adopted by many other native tech companies.
