Pros

Great to be at (mostly) stable project with long term commitments valued and appreciated. Hybrid work culture is almost a norm in most locations and teams. Remote work can also be negotiated within a team in a need to basis.

Cons

Depending on the project you get, you could be working on anywhere in between latest AI and Innovation projects to age old ABAP ones still running on premise. Get a really good idea of what is used in the team before jumping in.
