Great company with some shortcomings in its engineering departments

Pros

above average salary everything is quite relaxed, no pressure, no extra hours Many extras like sport and fitness opportunities, company car, ... the company has a unique market position. Quite unlikely they get a real competitor any time soon

Cons

too many unskilled / unqualified employees most software seems to be completly broken (see first point) most problems are solved by pure manpower instead of using some brainpower Everybody seems to be fine with delivering broken and far too complex products. There seems to be no motivation or competence to engineer really good products.
