Great place to work, in terms of growth and culture. Products are used worldwide, and affects millions of people and businesses. Great management that is supportive, understanding, and always ready to listen.

Cons

It's a large organization, so expect processes, and long software pipelines. Gigantic code base can be intimidating at first. Onboarding experience doesn't feel very standardized. Very dependent on who you get as your mentor (called buddy).
